Background
"Little Link" to Enhance Secondhand Shopping for Parents
As parents, my wife and I often relied on secondhand marketplaces for children’s items. However, the process was time-consuming and sometimes unreliable, particularly when it came to ensuring the quality and safety of items. This project was born from the need for a platform specifically tailored for parents, focusing on trust, transparency, and efficiency.
Problem Discovery
Lack of trust in the seller
Buyers hesitate to make purchases due to concerns about the credibility of sellers.

Buyers are unsure if the prices of used goods are fair and reasonable.

Reflection
I initially set out to create a simple marketplace for moms to buy and sell secondhand children’s items. However, through user research, including interviews and surveys, I gained a deeper understanding of their needs and preferences.

As I designed the app, my priority was to make it intuitive and user-friendly. This process pushed me to think critically and tackle various challenges along the way.

While the app has come a long way, I believe there’s always room for improvement. I remain dedicated to approaching the design from the user’s perspective and continuously refining it.
