During my role as an Architecture Assistant at Hyundai ENG America, we worked with over 100 contracting companies, managing predefined email formats for various situations. Each email type had different recipient and CC lists, and any project updates had to be manually communicated to all relevant parties, making the process time-consuming and inefficient.
To streamline workflow efficiency, a collaborative tool with automation features is needed to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks.

These repetitive workflows were a common pain point among all interviewees. This finding suggests that a snippet feature could significantly streamline their processes by reducing manual input and improving efficiency.
Based on key interview insights, we compared existing products and found that many users struggle with limited cross-platform compatibility and lack of collaboration features, despite these tools being used in team environments. Our product aims to fill these gaps and better meet user needs.

Main Dashboard Development Process
We removed the top menu bar to make all options visible directly on the main dashboard. The workspace is placed on the far left for easy selection and management. Team members are clearly displayed for quick recognition, and creating or deleting notes is made as simple as possible. We've also made grouping folders and notes user-friendly, so everything is easy to find at a glance.
